Reconstruction of pavilions E and F of VŠB – TUO

The University of Mining - Technical University of Ostrava in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The client, the University of Mining and Technology Ostrava, is preparing the implementation of the project "Reconstruction of Pavilions E and F of the VŠB-TUO", the aim of which is to modernize selected buildings on the university campus in Ostrava-Poruba. The reconstruction follows on from the long-term renovation and modernization of the university infrastructure and aims to improve the conditions for teaching, research and other academic activities of the client. The subject of the project is a comprehensive reconstruction of the interiors of both pavilions, including the modernization of the technical equipment of the buildings and the modifications of laboratories, classrooms, offices and related facilities. The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of Pavilions E and F of the University of Mining and Technology Ostrava - construction modifications inside the buildings consist mainly of the renovation of internal surfaces, replacement of floor structures, modifications of wall surfaces and suspended ceilings, replacement of internal doors and modernization of the buildings technical installations (water, sewage, high-current electrical installations, low-current electrical installations, air conditioning, cooling, partially heating and natural gas). The modernization of existing building installations is complemented by compressed air distribution and measurement and control technologies. The performance also includes ensuring all related tests, revisions, documentation of the actual construction and fulfillment of the clients requirements for the construction implementation using the BIM method.
