Reconstruction of the extension of the Náměstí Primary School into apartments The subject of the performance is the comprehensive reconstruction of the extension of the existing building of the former primary school consisting in the change of use to an apartment building, including the implementation of the extension, underground parking and related technical and transport infrastructure. The performance includes in particular demolition work, modifications of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of fillings for openings, insulation and renovation of the building, implementation of new technical and technological equipment of the building, house distribution and connections to utility networks, equipment for rainwater management, construction of paved areas, terrain and vegetation modifications, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations. Reconstruction of the Náměstí Primary School into a library The subject of the performance is the comprehensive reconstruction of the original existing building of the former primary school consisting in the reconstruction into a city library with appropriate facilities for visitors and employees, including spaces for cultural, educational and leisure activities. The performance includes in particular construction and renovation work, modifications of load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, replacement of fillings for openings, removal of moisture from masonry, repair and renovation of plaster, restoration of stucco sculptures and facade elements, replacement of roof coverings, addition of historical replicas, replacement or professional treatment of damaged wooden structures, implementation of new technical and technological equipment of the building, house distribution and connections to utility networks, construction of paved areas, landscaping and vegetation, as well as other construction, assembly and technological work necessary for the proper completion and use of the building in accordance with the project documentation and relevant legal and technical regulations. The above-mentioned parts of the public contract are not parts of the public contract within the meaning of Section 101 of the ZZVZ.
