Reconstruction of the kitchen of the Ostrčilova elementary and middle school, PO

The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the existing kitchen, dining room and part of the building with classrooms of the Ostrava Elementary and Kindergarten School, Ostrčilova 10, PO. A floor will be added to the existing building for the operation of a second food distribution center and distribution facilities. At the same time, a new communication section with an elevator and staircase connecting all floors of the building will be added to the building. All installations will be newly carried out throughout the building (especially water, sewage, electricity, low-voltage, air conditioning) and photovoltaics will be installed on the roof. The construction also includes the supply of interior equipment and the installation of catering equipment. Following the reconstruction of the building, energy networks will be relocated, landscaping will be done and the surrounding paved areas will be modified. The purpose of the construction is to increase the capacity of meals prepared and served in the kitchen and places in the dining room and to improve the hygienic and technical parameters of the designed spaces. During the implementation of the subject of the public contract, the distribution of lunches (the preparation of which will be provided by an external entity) will be carried out in a temporary distribution room in the replacement premises of the school.
