The Railway administration, state organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the contract is the preparation of the project documentation for the issuance of a building permit (DSP) according to Annex No. 3 of Decree No. 146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of project documentation for transport structures, as amended, and the project documentation for the implementation of the construction (PDPS) according to Annex No. 4 of Decree No. 146/2008 Coll., on the scope and content of project documentation for transport structures, as amended, in the BIM regime, including public consultation, securing all documents for issuing a building permit, processing documents and ensuring the activities of the OHS coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase according to Act No. 309/2006 Coll., as amended, and including the performance of the designer's author's supervision during the implementation of the construction. The work also includes the creation of the BIM Information Model according to the BIM Protocol Annex (Annex No. 11 of the SoD). The work also includes, in particular: - processing of a completed application for a building permit, including all required documents and annexes; - processing of an application for support from the European Structural and Investment Funds; - processing of documents for the tender procedure for the implementation of the construction in the required quantity and form (special technical conditions and list of works according to Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., as amended); - ensuring the issuance of certificates of conformity issued by a notified body in accordance with the applicable directives of the European Parliament and the Council on the interoperability of the conventional railway system; - finalizing the project plan (ZP) including the preparation of a new EH according to the Departmental Methodology; - video processing - visualization of both reconstructed stations: Přibyslav railway station and Pohled railway station; - creation of a BIM Information Model within the scope of the BIM objectives specified in the BIM Protocol; - evaluation of the requirements and documents for the development of an Information Model of the entire construction, according to the requirements of the BIM Protocol including its annexes; - creation of a common data environment (CDE) and use of CDE functionalities for the purposes of discussing and implementing the comment procedure of the contracting parties. with tender notice no. 677051-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
