The M sto atec in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting of construction modifications associated with the change in use of buildings no 323 and no 584 in atec This is the building of the former Army Garrison House PDA Both buildings today form a relatively complex structure consisting of two main buildings connected by a courtyard wing standing on a U -shaped ground plan - the buildings also include an unsightly cinema extension in the courtyard which will be demolished The plot is located on the outskirts of atec in the city s conservation area Although both descriptive numbers are combined into one unit this is a set of buildings consisting of a total of three buildings in the project documentation named as building A forming the street line with Masarykova Street building B forming the street line of zk Street and building C connecting building A and B on the western side of the complex The building is divided into two parts 1 part A C represents the atec Cultural and Creative Center 2 part B represents the Apartment Building From the point of view of heritage preservation in the case of all three buildings their historically valuable structures roofs perimeter walls porches load-bearing walls some partitions and historical details especially window and door panels the system of accessing the apartment units through the porches will be preserved the forged railing of the porches will be restored or for example the four-winged entrance grille from Masarykova Street will be rehabilitated and preserved Given the developments that the buildings went through in the second half of the 20th century it is necessary to rehabilitate their appearance which is addressed among other things by this public contract The subject of the public contract is not divided into separate parts within the meaning of the provisions of Section 35 of the Act with tender notice no. 665888-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
