Rehabilitation of the railway underpass Hájek - Dalovice

The Railway administration, state organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract "Rehabilitation of the Hájek – Dalovice railway substructure" is: a) Processing of the Notification of the intention pursuant to Section 6 (hereinafter referred to as the "notification"), and if so resulting from the Conclusion of the investigation procedure, then also the Documentation (hereinafter referred to as the "EIA Documentation") pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on Environmental Impact Assessment, as amended. The conclusion from the EIA process will be incorporated into the DUSL. The Client reserves the scope of this performance (item No. 28 of Annex No. 4 of the SOD) as a change to the obligation under the contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The Contractor will process the EIA documentation only on the basis of the Clients instructions. b) Preparation of Project Documentation for a joint permit according to the Line Act, which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the procedure for the permit of the project, obtain a valid permit of the project (construction or equipment permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, effective from 1 January 2024 (hereinafter referred to as the "NSZ"), including an assessment of conformity or suitability for use of the interoperability element or the EC declaration of verification of the subsystem by a notified body and the activities of the OHS coordinator during work on the construction site in the preparation phase, including the preparation of the OHS plan on the construction site and the maintenance manual. c) Processing and submitting an application for the issuance of a permit of the project according to the NSZ, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a permit of the project (construction or equipment permit). The Contractor will cooperate in issuing the relevant decisions until they become legally binding. d) Preparation of Project Documentation for the construction in BIM mode, which will develop and define the requirements for the construction in detail, which specify the subject of the Work to such an extent that it will be the basis for the tender for the construction of the construction. e) Processing of the Work in BIM mode and creation of the BIM Information Model according to SOD Annex No. 11 BIM Protocol, including all its annexes. The Information Model is part of the Work and will be processed, discussed and submitted continuously and together with other parts of the Work according to the Performance Schedule according to Annex No. 5 SOD. f) Performance of the Designers Supervision during the preparation of the PDPS and during the construction.
