The contracting authoritys goal is to rebuild the gastro operation in the Demokracie building so that the new state allows for the issuance of a new inspection decision. The inability to establish a gas pipeline connection is also a limiting factor for the own gastro-technological equipment. The new technology of the gastro operation must be solved exclusively in the electric version with maximum effort to use induction appliances in the cooking center part (see PROJECT for details). The subject of the public contract is the implementation of a new gastroporovoz, including the implementation of construction modifications, the delivery of gastrotechnology and interior modifications in the restaurant premises according to the PROJECT - implementation of the work. The detailed scope of construction work and supplies that the contracting authority requires to be implemented is specified in more detail in the PROJECT and in the list of works with a statement of measurements.
