V rámci finalizace zadávacích podmínek (po jednací fázi) bude ze strany zadavatele předmět plnění veřejné zakázky v tomto ohledu stanoven pevně, a to s ohledem na jeho aktuální provozní potřeby a rovněž s přihlédnutím k dotčené části předběžných nabídek účastníků a k navazující jednací fázi zadávacího řízení.
