Routine maintenance of communication greenery and linear vegetation for section 15

The Technical Administration of Roads of the City of Prague, Inc. in Czech Republic from Europe region had released this tender for The subject of this public contract is the routine maintenance of roadside greenery. The subject of the public contract is the mowing of roadside greenery, or linear vegetation (grass and shrubs), waste collection and shrub cutting, especially along class I and II roads, throughout the entire territory of the capital city of Prague. The definition of the territory of the capital city of Prague is indicated in the map, which forms Appendix No. 13 to the ZD. An overview of the area forms Appendix No. 14 to the ZD. The subject of this public contract is defined in the form of a list of works and services required by the contracting authority. Appendix No. 15 to the ZD includes, among others, a Price List, or a Model for calculating the bid price (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”). The Model specifies in detail individual specific works and services, the implementation of which the contracting authority expects to carry out within one calendar year, including the expected frequency/quantity of performance of these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contracting authority is entitled to request certain works and services more often or less often, or in larger or smaller quantities. Greenery maintenance work will be carried out in accordance with the general DIR, i.e. the decision on the special use permit issued by the road administrative authority pursuant to Section 25, paragraph 6, letter c) point 3 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on roads, as amended - execution of construction works and on the basis of the OOP determining the temporary traffic arrangement on the Brněnská road and the OOP - determining the temporary traffic arrangement on the south Spojka, 5. Května, Spořilovská road, issued by the SSÚ. The fulfillment of partial orders will be carried out using the CDSw-zeleň application, in which the Greenery Passport is maintained by the contracting authority. Through this application, the contracting authority shall, in particular: a) establish a binding Greenery Maintenance Plan for the relevant calendar year (including the required start and completion dates of activities), b) send requests for the performance of other activities (with a definition of the type, frequency, place and time - the required start and completion dates of activities), or modify or specify the requirements in more detail according to the Greenery Maintenance Plan. All performance of this public contract (i.e. primarily the assignment of all activities, reporting and invoicing) will therefore be carried out using the CDSw-greenery application, and the selected supplier will be obliged to purchase the relevant license if it does not already have it. The price of the license for the entire duration of the contractual relationship will not exceed CZK 20,000. The contracting authority shall provide the selected supplier with training in working with this information system.
