The Technical Administration of Roads of the City of Prague, Inc. in Czech Republic from Europe region had released this tender for The subject of this public contract is the routine maintenance of communication greenery. The subject of performance is the routine maintenance of communication greenery in the relevant part (defined area) of the capital city of Prague, primarily greenery located in the vicinity of roads under the administration of the contracting authority. An overview of the dimensions is given in Annex No. 14 of the ZD. The definition of the territory of the capital city of Prague in parts 12 is marked on the map, which forms Annex No. 13a and 13b of the ZD. The subject of this public contract is defined in the form of a list of works and services required by the contracting authority. Annex No. 12 of the ZD includes, among others, a Price List, or a Model for calculating the bid price (hereinafter referred to as the “Model”). The Model specifies in detail individual specific works and services, the implementation of which the contracting authority expects to carry out within one calendar year, including the expected frequency/quantity of performance of these works and services. Depending on climatic or other objective conditions, the contracting authority is entitled to request certain works and services more often or less often, or in larger or smaller quantities. Greenery maintenance works will be carried out in accordance with the general DIR, i.e. the decision on the special use permit issued by the road administrative authority pursuant to Section 25, paragraph 6, letter c), point 3 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on road communications, as amended - execution of construction works. The costs of traffic signs in accordance with the relevant DIR are included in the unit prices for the relevant services. In the case of a DIR issued for specific works, e.g. felling of trees, i.e. a decision on a special use permit issued by the road administrative authority pursuant to Section 24 of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on roads, as amended, in necessary cases, based on the decision of the contracting authority, traffic signs will be ordered from a specialist company and paid for separately by the contracting authority. The scope of performance for part 12 also includes emergency work consisting primarily of removing trees from roads after a natural disaster or as a result of an unexpected calamity. For these purposes, the supplier is obliged to have a telephone line with continuous operation. The start of this emergency work is regulated by the contract. A separate contract will be concluded for the public contract with 1 participant. If the selected supplier or If the selected supplier does not provide the cooperation necessary to conclude the contract, in accordance with Section 125 of the Act, another participant in the tender procedure may be invited to conclude the contract according to the order resulting from the results of the original evaluation (or according to the results of a new evaluation, if its implementation is necessary according to Section 125 of the Act). The performance of partial contracts will be carried out using the CDSw-greenery application, in which the Greenery Passport is maintained by the contracting authority. Through this application, the contracting authority shall in particular: a) establish a binding Greenery Maintenance Plan for the relevant calendar year (including the required dates for the commencement and completion of activities), b) send requests for the performance of other activities (with a definition of the type, frequency, place and time - the required dates for the commencement and completion of activities), orwill modify or specify the requirements according to the Greenery Maintenance Plan. All performance of this public contract (i.e. primarily the assignment of all activities, reporting and invoicing) will therefore be carried out using the CDSw-zeleň application, and the selected supplier will be obliged to purchase the relevant license if it does not already have it. The price of the license for the entire duration of the contractual relationship will not exceed CZK 20,000. The contracting authority will provide the selected supplier with training in working with this information system.
