Součástí veřejné zakázky je také zařízení staveniště, veškeré zkoušky, revize a doklady v českém jazyce, které jsou nezbytné pro předání díla a následné užívání díla, zábory, odvoz a likvidace či uložení veškerých odpadů vzniklých při plnění díla, uložení přebytečné zeminy a další činnosti nutné k řádnému provedení díla, především geodetické zaměření všech i zakrytých částí díla a řádné proškolení všech osob pohybujících se na staveništi a průběžný úklid stavby i příjezdu na staveniště. Smlouvu na plnění předmětu veřejné zakázky dle § 124 ZZVZ zadavatel uzavře s vybraným dodavatelem. Vybraným dodavatelem se stane účastník zadávacího řízení, kterého zadavatel vybere na základě pravidel pro hodnocení nabídek uvedených v čl. 8 této ZD k uzavření smlouvy („vybraný dodavatel“) v souladu se ZZVZ a touto ZD.
