The Ústí nad Labem Region in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the execution of design work (PD), engineering activities (IČ), performance of designer supervision (DP) and cooperation in the selection of the construction contractor. The subject of the performance is the processing of project documentation in two separate stages. Each stage will be processed as a separate project documentation with its own itemized budget. The performance will also include the processing of one comprehensive budget covering both stages. Stage 1 – Reconstruction of the main school building and related infrastructure The project documentation will address the construction modifications of the main building on the school grounds and the related infrastructure, in particular: • insulation of the main buildings outer shell, including the design of a new facade, • replacement of external window sills, • replacement of the roof shell, • insulation of the attic space, • design and implementation of an elevator to ensure barrier-free access to the building, • construction modifications related to the installation of an elevator, • implementation of renovation facades in the basement areas of the building in order to limit the negative effects of ground moisture and leaks, • design of repair of the storm sewer system, including the removal of the causes of rainwater penetration into the building, • repair of roads, sidewalks and paved areas affected by the construction, • repair of the fence of the premises in front of the building along the road, including the solution of the exit from the premises to the adjacent road. Stage 2 – Reconstruction of the vocational training and physical education facility The project documentation will address the comprehensive reconstruction of a two-story building serving for vocational training and physical education for school students, including the modernization of the technical facilities and modifications related to the expansion of educational capacities. The scope of the project work will include in particular: • complete repair and replacement of the sports decking in the gym, • renovation and modernization of the gyms sports facilities, • expansion of the building with a grandstand for watching sports and social events (2 rows of seats), • complete reconstruction of the buildings social facilities, • replacement of the remaining original windows and luxfer, • comprehensive modernization of all technical equipment in the building (TZB), especially electrical installations, lighting, heating, sanitary installations, sewage, air conditioning and related distribution, • construction modifications and modernization of professional workshops for teaching the Plumber field, • construction of new facilities for the Masonry field, including the necessary technical and operational equipment, • construction of an outdoor shelter with a paved area for practical teaching of the Masonry field, • repair of the buildings facade, • replacement of the roof covering, • proposal of measures leading to a reduction in the buildings energy consumption, • solution for barrier-free use of the building to the extent required by applicable legal regulations, • proposal for a change in the heating system of the entire area, including related construction and technical modifications, • related construction and technical modifications necessary to ensure safe, economical and efficient operation of the facility. • proposal for changing the heating system of the entire area and related construction work.The subject of the performance will use the method of creating an open structured database of information about the building Building Information Modeling (hereinafter referred to as "BIM") according to the annex to this contract "Digitalization and BIM Requirements", in particular the processing of the digital building model (DIMS) in the stages of the Documentation for the Permit to Build and the Documentation for the Construction Execution, the use of the Common Data Environment (hereinafter referred to as "CDE") and the processing of the BIM Implementation Plan (BEP).
