Supply of office paper for the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the supply of three types of A4 office paper (quality A, B and C) and one type of A3 office paper (quality A) for printing and copying equipment according to the specification see below (hereinafter also referred to as the "Goods") and the provision of related services. The supplier is obliged to add to Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation - Specification of goods the individual technical parameters of the offered Goods, with the annex added by the supplier subsequently forming Annex No. 2 of the framework agreement. The supplier is entitled to offer multiple paper alternatives within individual categories of office paper (i.e. A4-1, A4-2, A4-3, A3-1) that meet the required technical parameters, which will be supplied within each category. The price of all variants of the supplied office paper within the relevant category will always be uniform. In the case of offering multiple office paper alternatives, the supplier shall amend Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation – Product specifications, by inserting a new column with the relevant tables of the annex. Offering multiple office paper alternatives within a given category is not considered a variant offer if all the alternatives offered meet the technical parameters and have the same purchase price. In the event that the supplier offers multiple office paper variants for one category, the central contracting authority shall not exclude the supplier if at least one of the offered office paper variants meets the required technical parameters in the given category. In such a case, the central contracting authority shall conclude a framework agreement for the supply of only those office paper variants that meet the required technical parameters. The supplied office paper must bear the EU Ecolabel, proving that all criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel were met during the production of the office paper. The supplier is entitled to prove that the criteria for the award of the EU Ecolabel are met by another suitable label certifying that the supplied office paper meets equivalent requirements. If the supplier has demonstrably not been able to obtain and submit the required or equivalent label, the central contracting authority shall accept other suitable evidence, in particular the manufacturer's technical documentation. with tender notice no. 651181-2026 published on 24 Sep 2026.
