Support and development of APV for insurance benefits – 2026+

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public contract is to provide support for the operation and development of application software for insurance benefits (hereinafter referred to as the "System"). The subject of the public contract is in particular the following services: - System takeover services - including, among others, the preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and the implementation of monitoring based on the takeover plan prepared by the supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Takeover Services"); - System operation support services - including monitoring of the System, providing administration and maintenance of the System, supporting its users and ensuring support for the operation of the System (hereinafter referred to as the "Operation Support Services"); - System development services according to the requirements of the contracting authority and in conducting training for key users, methodologies, administrators and end users of the System (hereinafter referred to as the "Development"); - expert support services for the operation of the System - in particular, ensuring reconfiguration and parameterization of the System, performing separate analyses related to the System and modifying the System without the need to intervene in the source code (hereinafter referred to as the "Expert Support Services"); and - services for terminating the performance of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Exit Services"). The Services must be performed in accordance with the standards of information and communication technologies of the Contracting Authority, the list of which is given in Annex B6 to the Contract and the current version of which is provided by the Contracting Authority for the purposes of submitting a bid as Annex G (i.e. the Standards of the Contracting Authority in the current version).
