Support and development of APV for insurance benefits - 2026+

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public contract is to provide support for the operation and development of application software for insurance benefits (hereinafter referred to as the "System"). The subject of the public contract is in particular the following services: - System takeover services - including, among others, preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and implementation of monitoring based on the takeover plan prepared by the supplier (hereinafter referred to as the "Takeover Services"); - System operation support services - including monitoring of the System, provision of administration and maintenance of the System, support for its users and provision of support for the operation of the System (hereinafter referred to as the "Operation Support Services"); - System development services according to the requirements of the contracting authority and in carrying out training for key users, methodologies, administrators and end users of the System (hereinafter referred to as the "Development"); - System operation expert support services - in particular, ensuring reconfiguration and parameterization of the System, carrying out separate analyses relating to the System and modifications to the System without the need to intervene in the source code (hereinafter referred to as the "Expert Support Services"); and - Contract termination services (hereinafter referred to as the "Exit Services"). The Services must be performed in accordance with the Client’s information and communication technology standards, the list of which is set out in Annex B6 to the Contract and the current version of which is provided by the Client for the purposes of submitting a bid as Annex G (i.e. the Client’s Standards as currently amended).
