The project documentation deals with the construction modifications of the observation tower The location of the ruin will be used as a vantage point with a view of Mlada Vo ica The reconstructed building can be used as a tourist lookout Operationally the building will serve as an entrance for the simultaneous use of a maximum of 10 people nThe layout of the building includes an entrance area an internal staircase with three arms two landings and an end walkway in the roof structure The height levels of the floors in the perimeter masonry are 0 00 m 2 25 m 4 50 m and the observation area 7 50 m around the entire perimeter of the roof structure Above the observation deck is a conical roof The height of the ridge top of the roof is 11 5 m The second lower part of the roofing surface is in the shape of a truncated cone with the lower edge eaves at 6 3 m and the upper edge at the level of the observation deck floor at 7 50 m No 382 6 in c Radvanov u Mlad Vo ice n- the observation tower will have a circular plan with an external diameter of 8 7 m and a height of 11 5 m -0 000 is the floor of the ground floor n- The layout of the building includes an entrance area an internal staircase with 3 arms 2 landings and an end walkway in the roof structure The height levels of the floors in the perimeter masonry are 0 00 2 25 m 4 50 m and a viewing area of 7 50 m around the entire perimeter of the roof structure n- The existing perimeter structure will be supplemented with quarry stone with lime-cement mortar up to a height of 6 15 m the lower face of the reinforced concrete base ring for the new roof the linings will be connected to the existing masonry by pocketing n- The shapes of the building s door and window openings will be corrected The inner lining will be strengthened by solid brick reinforcement The flat vaults of the doors and windows will be repaired with visible quarry stones with vaults on the facade surface On the inner side of the perimeter wall steel profiles will be installed under the new supports of the ceiling beams with openings in the lining n- A new supporting structure made of wood will be installed in the circular plan of the perimeter wall Wooden columns 8 pcs will form a circle with a diameter of 2 84 m axially with 1 column in the center of the circle n- New foundation structures will be made under the wooden structure of the observation tower The foundation nstructures are designed across the board using monolithic foundation passes made of plain concrete C20 25 X0 On the foundation passes pillars will be made under the columns above the modified terrain The pillars will be structurally reinforced n- The ceiling structure consists of wooden beams which will be hingedly anchored to wooden columns and placed in pockets in the perimeter masonry on the sub-concrete and anchoring angles with screws in glued anchors The beams will be oriented in a fan-like fashion from the central column to the perimeter the beams are simultaneously designed between the central columns or they are placed through the exchanges At the 7 500 level a walkway will be created the perimeter of which is formed by beams supported by struts and a horizontal beam The rafters of the lower roof are placed on the walkway and on the floor on the existing perimeter masonry n- The roof structure consists of rafters placed at the top on the central column on the floor nsupported by central columns and at the edge on the perimeter floor supported by posts and straps A conical roof with burnt covering The roof plane will be completely ventilated using board formwork tl 24 mm The wooden beams will be knocked over from the upper side with planks tl 50mm n- A steel spiral staircase will be built n 45000000-7 Construction work South Bohemian Region 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work plot parc No in KN 382 6 in c Radvanov at Mlad Vo ica
