The public contract is awarded by the Design Build method in which the responsibility for the processing of the project documentation is transferred entirely to the contractor Within the framework of this method the contracting authority establishes material requirements for the performance and function of the project n nThe subject of the public contract is design and construction work supplies and services that will lead to the construction of a multifunctional playground in Lys nad Labem on plot No 2673 1 with dimensions of 28 x 14 m with a safe impact-absorbing cast rubber surface for ball sports such as basketball football volleyball netball meeting the requirements of the SN 1176 standard for public sports field n nSpecification of the components forming the subject of the public contract n this is not a division of the subject of the public contract into parts similarly to 35 of the Act n n1 Project documentation for the execution of the construction hereinafter referred to as DPS in the details of the workshop documentation The documentation will be processed in accordance with Decree No 131 2024 Coll the Decree on Construction Documentation including the itemized measurement statement nThis documentation will also include n- tEngineering activities including the discussion of documentation at the building authority and securing all relevant permits for the construction such as securing planning permission construction notification etc n nThe awarded measurement statement will be processed according to methodology of the RS or RTS at the price level current at the time the budget was drawn up broken down by individual objects n nThe participant will regularly consult the project documentation and proposals with the representative of the contracting authority and upon agreement incorporate relevant comments into the project documentation n n2 Execution of construction works in accordance with this procurement documentation nThe scope of performance also includes the following activities na tprovision of necessary supplies and services related to the implementation of the work nb ensure cleanliness on the construction site and in its surroundings nc tcontinuous removal of construction and other waste generated during the implementation of the contract provision of its temporary or permanent storage or taking ownership of this waste by a person authorized to take it over according to Act No 185 2001 Coll on waste as amended works nf tongoing acquisition of photo documentation of the work execution process which the supplier will hand over to the client on CD DVD or USB ng tcarrying out daily cleaning of the workplace continuous removal of road pollution and damage nh tattesting certificates declarations of conformity related to the fulfillment of the subject of the contract and handing them over to the customer twice in paper form no later than the handover and acceptance date works ni thandover of operating instructions instructions for operation and maintenance of the work to the user all in the Czech language - in two copies nj texecution of final cleaning n nThe main basis for processing the offer is Appendix 5 of the Assignment Specification which contains more detailed specifications and requirements for the subject of the public contract n 45000000-7 Construction work Central Bohemia region 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
