The public contract will be divided into 2 parts nThis is a repeated announcement of the canceled parts 1 and 3 of the above-limit public contract conducted under the number NEN N006 25 V00025718 and N006 25 V00034527 nPart 1 Training in safe driving courses with ATV UTV vehicles for drivers of the HZS CR as part of the project Improving the skills of all-terrain four-wheel drivers of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic 2025 - area A n2 part Conducting training in safe driving courses with all-terrain vehicles ATV UTV for drivers of the HZS CR within the project Increasing the skills of all-terrain four-wheel drivers of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic 2025 - area C nb nImplementing training in safe driving courses with ATV UTV all-terrain vehicles for drivers of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic hereinafter referred to as HZS CR within the framework of the project Improving the skills of all-terrain four-wheel drivers of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic 2025 financed by the Damage Prevention Fund of the Czech Office of Insurers in the scope and manner as specified by the contracting authority in the appendices to these tender conditions hereinafter referred to as ZP The expected number of HZS CR drivers who will participate in training in safe driving courses within two years from the date of entry into force of the framework agreement i e during two training years is a total of 900 people broken down nType of course nPeriod nEstimated number of people nSafe driving course ATV UTV n1 training year n450 nThe expected number is possible through the Training Plan increase or decrease the number of HZS CR drivers who will participate in training in safe driving courses according to the framework agreement in an individual training year and proportionally project this change into the other training years so that the maximum number of HZS CR drivers who will participate in training in safe driving courses according to the framework agreement in two training years is a total of 900 people However during the validity of the framework agreement the contracting authority is not obliged to plan and send this total number of people to complete training in safe driving courses according to the framework agreement The minimum number of people in one course is 8 and the maximum number is 10 nc nThe aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement between the contracting authority and the selected supplier and subsequently on the basis of the concluded framework agreement to award public contracts hereinafter referred to as the public procurement by concluding implementation contracts between the contracting authority and the selected nPage 4 ncontractor for an individual training year up to the amount of the total expected volume of performance according to the article 2 letter a of these ZP or until the expiration of 2 years from the date of entry into force of the framework agreement nd nThe contracting authority reserves the right in the event of non-allocation of funds for the subject of performance not to draw the expected total volume of performance ne nThe maximum bid price without VAT for 1 course may not exceed the amount of CZK 5350 80411000-8 Slu by driving schools Czech Republic 80411000-8 Driving schools Driving schools
