The public order is divided into 2 parts The subject of performance is n tConstruction work associated with reducing the energy demand of the building - insulation of the facade roof and floors central heating replacement of light fixtures electrical installation Specifications according to the relevant parts of the PD n tDelivery of a photovoltaic power plant Specifications according to the relevant parts of the PD n nAt the same time the contracting authority defines the following sub-parts for the implementation of the public contract n nA Construction work nConstruction work consists of insulating the facade insulating the floor insulating the roof and replacing the opening fillings including associated construction work lighting elements grids tables etc will be dismantled on the facade and after the insulation has been completed these elements will be fitted again including fixing the anchoring and cabling the existing bars will be removed from the windows and the ladder will be removed these elements will be provided with a new coating and then they will be reinstalled including the adjustment anchoring n nThe heating of the spaces with archives is designed with warm air The source of heat will be outdoor air conditioning units which will cool or heat the exchanger heater or cooler in the air handling units as needed nThe other spaces will be heated by a hot water system with heat sources made up of heat pumps In addition the light fixtures in the building will be replaced n nB Supply of PV nThe subject is the supply and installation of a 50 kWp photovoltaic power plant located on the roof of the building The purpose of the PV supply is the production of electrical energy that will be consumed on site stored in accumulators and the surplus will be distributed to DS 45000000-7 Construction work Kr lov hradeck kraj 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
