The subject of performance of this public contract hereinafter referred to as Purchase is the provision of the subject of performance consisting of the supply of HW and SW to ensure the cyber security of information infrastructure and information systems including access points network switches firewall solutions including the protection of deployed workplaces disk arrays servers including related software licenses comprehensive solutions for advanced log management and network monitoring NDR The delivery includes the provision of manufacturer support for all devices for a period of 12 months The implementation is focused on the renewal and expansion of the existing infrastructure with an emphasis on ensuring compatibility with the already used environment increasing availability and enabling recovery from backups The solution also includes supplementing the network infrastructure with specialized security tools enabling both isolated long-term storage of logs and correlation enabling threat identification and appropriate response n nThe exact definition of the Subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation including information conditions specifications and other data are specified in detail in Annex No 1 and Annex No 9 of the procurement documentation n nFor protection reasons information about the detailed design of the solution is not part of the public part of the tender documentation The procurement documentation containing information on the current state of the electronic file service at the Client the analysis and detailed proposal for the implementation of the electronic file service system in the Client s environment hereinafter referred to as systems documentation is available through the client s profile within the National Electronic Tool as a non-public part which forms Annex No 9 of the procurement documentation Suppliers must send a request to make available the non-public part of the procurement documentation through the National Electronic Tool As part of the application the supplier shall submit a completed electronically signed Agreement on the Protection of Confidential Information which forms Annex No 10 of the procurement documentation in which he undertakes to use the provided information only for the purpose of preparing a bid within this public contract The specimen of this agreement must be signed authorized conversion of a hand-signed document or a valid recognized electronic signature by a person authorized to act on behalf of the supplier requesting access to the systems documentation The signed model must be delivered to the client in a form that allows the subsequent attachment of a qualified electronic signature by the client After delivery of the signed Agreement on the protection of confidential information document to the contracting authority the non-public part of the procurement documentation will be made available in the National Electronic Tool within 3 working days n nThe contracting authority points out that within the framework of the fulfillment of the subject of the public contract the supplier will be required to fulfill the subject of the Public Contract through members of the implementation team through whom he has demonstrated the technical part of the qualification n 72263000-6 Software implementation Capital Prague 72263000-6 Software implementation Software implementation
