The subject of the awarded public contract is the delivery of a photovoltaic power plant which will be located on the roofs of the Home for the elderly in Bure ov Zl n cadastral territory of Zl n This is the establishment of its own photovoltaic source for the production of electricity with a total output of 89 24 kWp 194 photovoltaic panels with a unit power of 460 Wp and accumulators with a capacity of 67 45 kWh will be installed on the client s premises nThe production plant will be operated in order to cover the building s own energy requirements with the possibility of excess flow to the DS according to the connection conditions of the distribution network operator nThe panels will be placed on the roof of the building from where the DC cables will be led to the FDC switchboard with protections and disconnectors and then continue to the converters which will be located in close proximity An AC cable will lead from each converter to the adjacent FAC switchboard which then continues via cable connection to the building s main switchboard nThe installation proposal is based on the existing documentation of the building the installed elements are used and no construction modifications or interventions in the roof structure are expected The connection to the electrical network of the objects is considered using the existing cable routes only the supply cables for the new elements will be installed nThe construction does not in any way change the purpose of use of the existing object or the use of the land This is only the installation of technology acting as a secondary source of electrical energy The proposed PV plant will be connected to the existing LV cable line n nA detailed description of the subject of the public contract and the conditions of performance of the public contract is given in the Business Terms and Conditions Draft contract for the work Annex No 1 of the procurement documentation and in the project documentation Annex No 5 of the procurement documentation n nThe basis for the preparation of the offer is the list of works supplies and services including the statement of measurements project documentation and other documents that are an integral part of this tender documentation 09331200-0 Solar photovoltaic modules Zl n region 09331200-0 Solar photovoltaic modules Solar photovoltaic modules
