The subject of the construction change contract before its completion is the new building of the Kindergarten including the kitchen the outdoor domestic utility network including the intake and retention tank two parking spaces one of which is for the disabled the supply entrance and paved areas n nThe construction plan Kindergarten in Tisov district Tachov was approved by the Decision - joint permit dated 16 12 2020 file number 2670 2020 - OV P no 3569 2020 OV P TC nThe decision approved the construction plan of the ground-floor kindergarten building kitchen including dining room non-basement building with slatted roofs with a slope of 12 and a flat roof In the kindergarten 2 departments a kitchen and a dining room play elements and a gazebo were designed on the property The land was fenced based on the approved PD The kindergarten building was connected to the utility networks of water supply sewerage LV electricity and a gas pipeline Rainwater was disposed of on every school property The school grounds were connected to the local road and a parking space and exit to the road were designed The heating of the building was designed to be central using gas condensing boilers Based on the approved PD the capacity of the kindergarten was a maximum of 15 children aged 2-3 years in 1 department and a maximum of 24 children aged 3-6 years in 2 departments The plots affected by the construction plan according to the approved PD were parc No 697 32 697 41 and 697 72 in the cadastral area of Tisov near Tachova nThis Decision entered into force on 4 January 2021 ID no 7 2021 OV P TC and has been extended several times Now the Decision is still valid but for financial reasons the Municipality of Tisov has decided to develop a change to the building before its completion n t nThe subject of the public contract is therefore the alteration of the building before its completion the new building of the Kindergarten including the kitchen on plots of land No 697 72 and 697 75 in the village of Tisov district of Tisov near Tachova nThe new kindergarten building is designed in a rectangular shape on the ground floor without a basement In the kindergarten 1 department is proposed with a maximum number of 26 children aged 3-6 years and a kitchen This is the 1st stage of construction nThe size of the building s built-up area is 393 01 m2 proposed in the change of construction before its completion The roof of the building will be a counter roof with a pitch of 14 The warehouse will be covered with a flat roof The maximum length of the building is 30 8 m and the maximum width is 13 5 m n nThe technical and technological description of the individual components of the subject of this public contract including the project documentation and the measurement list form an appendix to these PPZN n 45214100-1 Construction modifications of kindergarten buildings Plzen region 45214100-1 Construction modifications of kindergarten buildings schools Construction modifications of kindergarten buildings Tisov village Tachov district nplots no 697 72 and 697 75 in the Tisov district near Tachova
