The subject of the contract is the addition and insulation of a kindergarten hereinafter referred to as Kindergarten in the village of Stud nka The existing kindergarten building is composed of the front part of the historic building with a partial basement and the back part of the non-basement extension from 2008 The existing load-bearing structures will only be interfered with in the places of new window openings walling up of openings and renovation of masonry nThe built-up area of the existing building is 146 01 m2 the capacity of the kindergarten will remain the same only the extension will modify the layout for a more suitable operation of the kindergarten The built-up area of the extension will be 41 80 m2 nThe extension has a rectangular floor plan with dimensions of 7 32 x 5 71 m one floor no basement situated for a possible FTP location The roof will be flat made of bituminous strips nThe building will be newly entered from the north through the new children s changing room in the extension The original entrance door to the building will be bricked up and replaced with a window In the new extension a separate children s toilet with access from the exterior from the south side is also proposed which will be used when staying in the garden Part of the extension is a technical room with access from the cloakroom nThe layout of the original kindergarten building will remain unchanged with the exception of the change in the use of the original children s cloakroom and vestibule The original window will be walled up in the existing washroom and a new one made on the south side The windows in the attic office will have a newly raised window sill nPart of the proposed modifications is also the insulation of the existing building and its rehabilitation in the plinth part including modifications of the surfaces around the building in order to remove moisture from the building 45214200-2 Construction modifications of school buildings Plzen region 45214200-2 Construction modifications of school buildings Construction modifications of school buildings p p no 260 1 and st p no 196 in the Stud nka u Tachova district office
