The subject of the order is the design and implementation of a systematic research investigation focused on the repeated measurement of expectations the course of cooperation and the benefits achieved by the participants of the DELTA and DELTA 2 programs Part of the fulfillment is the creation of a two-wave tracking methodology which will enable continuous and comparative evaluation of both programs with regard to their different focus and duration The investigation will monitor the entire cycle of cooperation - from the initial expectations and level of trust between partners through the intensity and effectiveness of cooperation during the implementation of the projects to the evaluation of the fulfillment of expectations and overall benefits for the involved entities after the end of the projects The research will be carried out across all types of participants i e research organizations businesses and foreign partners Part of the contract is the preparation and implementation of a questionnaire survey for approximately 100 respondents in the DELTA program pilot phase and 150 respondents in the DELTA 2 program The questionnaire will have a maximum length of 15 minutes and will contain no more than 20 questions with some questions expected to change between individual waves The outputs will include a processed data file a brief final report a presentation of the results and their visualization in a tool such as Looker Studio or Power BI nMeasurements will focus mainly on the following areas expectations and motivation of participants nintensity and effectiveness of cooperation nbenefits and degree of fulfillment of expectations nobstacles to project implementation nA set of indicators and indexes will also be designed as part of the contract to enable comparison of results across programs and over time An integral part of the fulfillment is also the implementation of the qualitative part of the research This involves conducting approximately eight in-depth interviews before starting a quantitative survey in order to identify key factors influencing cooperation trust between partners and the main barriers to projects The knowledge gained will be used in the construction of the questionnaire Based on a combination of quantitative and qualitative data four case studies will be processed two for the DELTA program and two for the DELTA 2 program which will provide a detailed analysis of the selected projects and a deeper insight into the functioning of the cooperation and the benefits achieved n 79419000-4 Evaluative consultancy services Capital Prague 79419000-4 Evaluative consultancy services Evaluation consultancy services - 12608154
