The subject of the performance of the public contract is the management and maintenance of the property in the form of the performance of certain activities of the port operator hereinafter referred to as Operational Activities and the provision of services to users of the port Public Port Petrov hereinafter referred to as the Port n nThis property is owned by the state with the authority to manage it for the Directorate of Waterways of the Czech Republic as an organizational component of the state nOperational activities will be carried out continuously in the form of routine maintenance management of the port including operating buildings and provision of services to Users in the navigation season if navigation is not stopped maintenance and administration of the port during a flood when navigation is stopped and maintenance and administration of the port in winter when navigation is stopped n nAs part of the performance the services performed by the service personnel in the port area will be provided the provision of which is paid by the users of the port in favor of the Supplier - Administrator while the Directorate of Waterways of the Czech Republic is entitled to a commission in the amount of 50 of the Margin for the use of the Port premises energy consumption and work performed by the service personnel during the provision of services n nThe Port Administrator may also provide other services performed by persons other than the Operator the provision of which is paid for by the users of the port in favor of the Supplier - Administrator which will not be provided in the internal premises of the Port s operational building and will not limit other uses of the Port s premises If for the provision of the Services the Supplier - Administrator will use space for berthing vessels it will use the berth under the conditions for the use of the harbor for berthing vessels set by the Directorate of Waterways of the Czech Republic including payment for berth reservation and services associated with berthing of the vessel announced by the rate schedule of the Directorate of Waterways of the Czech Republic n nDetails for the performance of individual activities are defined in the contract and its annexes which are part of this tender documentation n 79993000-1 Management of buildings and equipment South Moravian Region 79993000-1 Management of buildings and xa0equipment Management of buildings and xa0equipment
