The subject of the performance of the public order is design services and construction work connected with the implementation of the project Reducing the energy demand of the Kamenick enov elementary school area specifically three civic amenities located at st p no 690 1301 1316 p p no 380 and 950 7 Kamenick enov village Kamenick enov cadastral territory 662640 It is a set of three buildings SO 01 - the main building of the primary school incl modern extensions SO 02 catering pavilion and SO 03 gym building The main building is connected to auxiliary buildings by corridors or connecting necks A more detailed description of the implemented project is defined in Appendix No 10 of this ZD - description of the project Reducing the energy intensity of the Kamenick enov elementary school campus nThe public contract will be implemented using the Design Build method Part of the performance of the public order is also the performance of design activities consisting in the development of project documentation for the execution of the construction following on from the part of the documentation provided by the client documentation for the building permit and the provision of related activities incl drawing up a list of works engineering activities necessary orientations obtaining documents for the proper approval of the work processing documentation of changes to the building before completion or documentation of the actual state nThe subject of the public contract is the complete and faultless complete execution of all construction and assembly works and constructions incl supplies of the necessary materials equipment necessary for the proper completion of the operable work and further the performance of all activities related to the delivery of construction and assembly works and constructions the performance of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work e g construction site equipment safety measures etc nActivities related to the execution of construction works nThe selected contractor is obliged to ensure as part of the fulfillment of the subject of the contract all other activities related to the implementation of construction works listed below namely in particular n ensure and carry out all measures of an organizational and construction-technological nature for the proper execution of the subject of the work n ensure the cleaning of the building and remove construction site equipment on the day of handover and acceptance of the work by the client n ensure cleanliness in the place of realization of the subject of performance and its surroundings n ensure safe handling of waste n ensure removal storage and disposal of waste in accordance with the relevant legal regulations n ensure the production of continuous photo documentation of the execution of the work - the contractor shall ensure and hand over to the customer continuous photo documentation of the execution of the work in 1x digital version n ttake all measures to ensure the safety of people and property fire protection and environmental protection n tproceed in such a way that the principle of DNSH Do No Significant Harm is observed according to the relevant methodology and in particular ensure removal storage and disposal of waste in accordance with relevant legal regulations at least 70 by weight of construction and demolition materials or waste not classified as hazardous with the exception of naturally occurring materials listed in category 17 05 04 on the European list of waste established by Commission Decision 2000 532 EC generated on the construction site will be prepared for reuse recycling or other types of material utilization including backfills where other materials are replaced by waste In order to fulfill the DNSH condition it is not necessary to meet the definition of waste according to Act No 541 2020 Coll on waste - other types of materials that are immediately used on the construction site and which do not formally become waste according to the law can also be included The contractor acknowledges that the successful drawdown of the subsidy is conditional on meeting the requirements for compliance with DNSH principles In the event that the contractor does not comply with the requirements set out in this point he is responsible for the damage that the client incurs in this connection i e in particular the reduction of the subsidy and undertakes to reimburse the client for this damage accompanying technical documentation test reports revision reports certificates and documents according to Act No 22 1997 Coll on technical requirements for products and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended declaration of conformity 45000000-7 Construction work Czech Republic 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
