The subject of the performance of the public order is the comprehensive restoration of the emergency state of the roof of the main castle building of the Milotice State Castle The building s roof especially the truss structure is in a bad sometimes even emergency construction-technical condition n nThe structure of the truss shows extensive damage mainly caused by wood-rotting fungi where the main cause of the detected damage is long-term leakage into the lower part of the truss which is completely walled off by the crown of the masonry - the floorboards Leakage into the structure has already been successfully resolved in the past by replacing the covering but the necessary replacements of damaged original elements have not yet been implemented due to the walling n nAs part of the proposed roof restoration the roof structure is therefore expected to be restored where the essence of the proposed solution is the replacement of partially damaged elements and the replacement of completely destroyed elements The ledges will be changed and replaced around the entire perimeter of the main castle building the demolished crown masonry will be bricked up as part of the replacement of the ledges in the courtyard part of the castle it is also necessary to demolish the ledges the new ledges will no longer be brick but fake made of wooden formwork and stucco n nDuring the restoration of the roof the existing covering will also be completely replaced including battens a ceramic fired beaver-type roof tile is proposed during the restoration of the roof of the eastern tower wooden split shingles are proposed as in the case of the other already repaired towers n nPart of the renovation is the replacement and making of copies of all the existing opening louvre wings of the dormers the chimneys will be covered and plastered the plumbing elements such as roof gutters downspouts gutter plating roof hatches the plating of chimneys dormer windows towers gables and attics will be replaced with new ones made of copper sheet the lightning rod located on the roof will be revised and reinstalled n nAs part of the roof restoration the attic will also be repaired and plastered the damaged wooden elements of the floors and walks under the attic masonry will be cut out and replaced with new ones the wooden elements forming the attic gutter will be completely replaced the incoherent attic masonry will be dismantled and rewalled Part of the restoration of the roof is the revision of the decorative poppies on the gable of the eastern tower and the revision of the castle clock n nThe subject of the performance of the public order is specified in more detail in the project documentation in Appendix No 4 and the list of construction works supplies and services incl of the measurement statement in Annex No 5 of this procurement documentation n 45261910-6 Roof repairs South Moravian Region 45261910-6 Roof repairs Roof repairs
