The subject of the performance of the sectoral above-limit public order for construction works is CONSTRUCTION OF NEW TROLLEY TRACKS IN ZL N AND OTROKOVIC E AND CONSTRUCTION OF MEASUREMENTS AND STATIONS WITH ACCUMULATION OF ELECTRIC ENERGY FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT NEEDS ZL N The contract is divided into two parts the 1st part Construction of new trolley lines and the 2nd part Construction of transformers and stations with storage n nThe public contract is awarded by the Design Build method in which the responsibility for processing the implementation project documentation is transferred entirely to the contractor Within the framework of this method the contracting authority establishes material requirements for the performance and function of the project The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a work contract for the execution of design and engineering activities the supply of technology and construction work consisting in the implementation of both parts of the public contract n nThe contractor will comply with the Act on Railways No 266 1994 Coll and proceed in accordance with other laws and with the valid technical standards listed in the technical specification which are in particular SN 34 1500 Regulations for electric traction devices SN EN 50119 Fixed traction equipment Electric traction trolley lines or SN 73 6425-1 Bus trolleybus and tram stops At the same time the contractor shall provide a certificate of competence for the subject of the public contract or part of it Each technical device traction line transformer station must have a valid technical safety certificate before starting up n nThe subject of the public contract is the contractor s obligation to perform part 1 or part 2 of the public contract for the client which also includes the following performance na tdevelopment of project documentation for construction execution DPS nb tdiscussion of project documentation with the contractor customer agreement of technical and utility standards of the proposed technological elements and equipment nc realization of construction works according to the project documentation agreed by the customer and the supply of technologies nd tzcommissioning documented by audit reports consents and valid documents enabling the operation of each part of the public order ne tconfirming that the installed technological equipment is capable of safe operation nf thanding over the documentation of the actual execution of the construction and handing over the supplier s documentation 45234120-3 Urban railway construction Zl n region 45234120-3 Urban railway construction Urban railway construction
