The subject of the performance of this public contract is the production of complete documentation for the reconstruction of a former apartment building with 4 residential units It is a reconstruction of an old apartment building near the center of the village which is currently unused nAn architectural study project documentation for the issuance of a building permit DSP and documentation for the construction of the building DPS will be prepared The documentation must meet the conditions of the new Building Act No 283 2021 Coll decrees and all other possible decisions consents and opinions the need for which will arise from the technical solutions developed by the contractor as part of the fulfillment of the subject of this public contract DSP and DPS will be processed in accordance with the relevant legal regulations and technical standards and will contain all mandatory components including a fire safety solution etc nThe completed project documentation must meet the criteria for certification according to the SBToolCZ methodology at least at the bronze certificate level nThe supplier will deliver together with the project documentation a certificate according to the SBToolCZ methodology at least at the bronze certificate level nThe subject of the public contract will also include a bill of quantities processed in accordance with Decree No 169 2016 Coll on determining the scope of documentation of a public contract for construction works and a list of construction works supplies and services with a bill of quantities and other legal regulations and technical standards in xls format for MS Excel powers in the construction procedure including the provision of a valid decision on the construction permit according to the prepared project documentation and the delivery of the original of the valid decision on the construction permit with the clause of acquisition of legal authority by the contracting authority hereinafter referred to as Representation in the construction procedure n 71200000-0 Architectural and related services 71200000-0 Architectural and xa0related services Architectural and related services
