The subject of the procurement procedure is the selection of suppliers and the conclusion of framework agreements with up to three suppliers in each part of the public contract whose offer meets all the requirements described in the procurement documentation and is placed in the first three places according to the order of evaluation of the tenders the binding model of which is Annex No 4 of this procurement documentation hereinafter referred to as the binding model framework agreement or framework agreement nPublic contracts based on the framework agreement will be entered without renewing the competition namely to the supplier who is ranked first in this procurement procedure according to the order of evaluation of bids Public contracts will be awarded to other suppliers with whom a framework agreement will be concluded according to the rules set out in the framework agreement on a cascade basis members of the professional team in the period from the end of the procurement procedure until 06 2028 The contracting authority declares its interest in entering into a framework agreement on the implementation of performance with up to three suppliers in each part of the public contract whose bids meet the requirements prescribed by this procurement documentation and will be evaluated as the most advantageous in accordance with this procurement documentation nThe performance of the subject of the public contract includes all costs incurred by the supplier for the provision of a comprehensive service nThe specifications of individual camps and stays the specific requirements of the contracting authority for the technical or other parameters of the requested performance of individual parts of the public contract are detailed in Appendix No 2a-g of this tender documentation nIf the tender documentation contains references to certain suppliers or products or to patents for inventions utility models industrial designs trademarks or designation of origin is done so in the interest of accuracy and comprehensibility of the entry conditions In the case of using these links the contracting authority in accordance with 89 paragraph 6 of the ZZVZ allows an equivalent solution that meets the client s requirement especially with regard to the performance and function of such an alternative nThe supplier can submit an offer for 1 2 3 4 5 6 or all 7 parts of the public contract n 55110000-4 Accommodation services Czech Republic 55110000-4 Accommodation services Accommodation services
