The subject of the project is the complete restoration of the church facade restoration of stone elements and wrought iron fencing in the front garden minor repairs to the roof including snow catchers roof hatches and plumbing elements Furthermore static securing of cracks on the facade and loose sandstone blocks Restoration work and installation of decorative violets The works will be implemented according to the project documentation from Ing Ji Hol k KAIT 0401224 from 12 2024 which was processed with the support of the st Region Fund - individual subsidy stone elements shows a high degree of degradation As part of the work being carried out it will be necessary to carry out additional surveys of stone elements and any other surveys KRUPKA-11697-2025-Jich OSUAZP-782-2025 of 23 July 2025 and coordinated binding opinion no R 2025 31100 7 dated 17 04 2025 n nIt is a one-nave church with one above-ground floor and a built-in floor The attic space is unused The walls of the building are stone The roof is wooden The roof of the building is gable and partly hipped The roofing is made up of templates The outdoor staircase is made of stone Minor repairs to the roofing and plumbing elements will be carried out on the roof The existing snow traps will be reinforced Cracks on the facade will be statically secured with stainless steel rods in milled grooves The detached parts of the pillars will be anchored in the holes in the perimeter wall Non-cohesive plasters will be cut off and replaced with new lime plasters Stone features will be repaired and some sandstone stones will be replaced with new ones The exterior metal railing will be repaired The building will have a new electrical switchboard for the electricity supply n nThe implementation of construction works will be divided into 2 stages The stages are divided by the construction budget respectively by the blind measurement report n n1 stage nIn the first stage the street facade will be repaired up to the 7th pillar including local repairs to the roof exits and plumbing elements Furthermore static securing of cracks on the facade and loose sandstone blocks Restoration work and installation of decorative violets Part of the work will be the dismantling of the loose parts of the stone pillars their restoration and return The violets that decorated the church in the past will be planted above the main entrance and on the stone pillars As part of the surveys of the church and investigations that preceded the processing of the project documentation some Neo-Gothic elements were found in the church These will be restored and returned to their original places Work will also be carried out on the restoration of the railings the repair of the access staircase and all related works The scope of the 1st stage is determined by the measurement report for the 1st stage note If the measurement list does not contain an item necessary for the completion of the 1st stage it is necessary to draw attention to this fact so that the work is complete and functional n1 stage will be co-financed from the Support Fund of the st Region for this stage a contract has already been concluded for the provision of non-investment subsidy No 25 SML004013 SoPD KP and funds from the Ministry of Culture as part of the Architectural Heritage Preservation Program for 2026 nDate of implementation of the 1st stage work is expected to start in May 2026 nCompletion by 30 11 2026 note PZaD must be settled in the given year n n2 stage nIt mainly includes the outer part of the presbytery the gable wall and the courtyard part of the building The scope of the 2nd stage is determined by the measurement report 2nd stage implementation date assumption of start of work March 2027 according to climatic conditions Completion by 30 10 2027 n nMore detailed information is given in other parts of the terms and conditions respectively in the tender documentation appendices Project documentation Inventory of construction works supplies and services with a statement of dimensions and a binding sample contract 45212350-4 Historically or architecturally exceptionally interesting buildings st Region 45212350-4 Historically or architecturally exceptionally interesting buildings Historically or architecturally exceptionally interesting buildings
