The subject of the public contract consists of two parts The first part is the completion of the local road-branch A in the residential zone 15 years ago project documentation was prepared for the reconstruction of the local road in the residential zone - branch A and branch B At that time only the reconstruction of the B branch was carried out and the whole event was postponed indefinitely Last year the municipality decided to finish the reconstruction of the A branch so that the approval could take place and the whole event would be finished Since there were changes in the construction law it was decided after agreement with the building authority that the project documentation-change will be processed before the construction is completed and branch A will be reconstructed according to this In order for the event to take place the Police of the Czech Republic required the connection of the residential zone to the bus stop and the construction of a sidewalk along road III class III 19848 which is the second part of the public contract n nReconstruction of branch A and connection of the sidewalk to road III class will take place on plots No 62 1 62 11 707 2 62 3 and 62 1 which are owned by the municipality of Star Sedli t and on plot No 706 1 which is owned by the Pilsen Region the administrator of the S S PK nAs part of the completion of the construction of branch A the existing connection of the residential zone to road II will be cancelled class II 198 and the exit will be removed and the original road ditch will be restored At the intersection of roads in the residential zone a paved area for separated waste containers with dimensions of 4x2 25 m will be established The area will be lined with a concrete curb the cover is made of concrete formwork The proposed road will be bordered on the left side by a concrete road curb on the right side a shoulder will be established for the drainage of rainwater The communication will be made of asphalt concrete ACO 11 with a thickness of 40 mm Traffic markings will be installed at the point of connection to road III classes n nThe second part of the construction includes the connection of the residential zone to the bus stop This is the construction of a one-sided sidewalk near road III class with a width of 2 0 m and a length of 66 16 m The sidewalk is designed from concrete formwork Drainage of the adjacent road will be new street drains the location of which is marked in the construction situation The construction of the sidewalk will result in the felling of 7 mature trees These are ash trees Their list and the circumference of the trunk is given in the appendix of the Summary Technical Report Replacement planting will be carried out on plot No 701 4 in the district of ava In the case of existing trees it will be necessary to preserve the anchor roots and backfill the excavation as soon as possible to prevent the exposed roots from drying out n nThe technical and technological description of the individual components of the subject of this public contract including the project documentation and the statement of measurements form an appendix to these PPZN nThe selected supplier contractor undertakes in the contract for the work to implement the work according to the terms of reference and the project documentation All requirements for the selected contractor resulting from the project documentation will be binding for the contractor and must be included in the supplier s offer n n 45000000-7 Construction work Plzen region 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work ava village local part of Star Sedli t village - 13137154
