The subject of the public contract deals with the project of an information center and a mini ZOO in the nature reserve Castle Hill in N chod and is divided into a fenced part - paddocks and a part intended for the public centered around the info center supplemented by a contact paddock n nDivision of the building into objects nSO 01 Building modifications of the winery - new information center control facility nCurrently the building of the former winery with facilities and public toilets is in a state of disrepair dilapidated condition The structures were found to be stable by a cursory inspection and are used as starting points for the construction modification project However the whole must be rehabilitated and secured against soil moisture - it therefore requires a complete reconstruction The layout is conceived in the area of the former toilets as an entrance area with an info center area nThese spaces will be connected to the former premises of the wine bar where their facilities will be used as a service area for the info center The vaulted area of the wine bar will be divided into separate toilet areas for men women immobile WC complete with cleaning Beverage and food vending machines will be located at the entrance and near the toilets Following on from the interior spaces the outdoor space above the public toilets will also be included where a terrace with a pergola will be located and the whole will be connected by paved areas n nSO 02 Covered walkway with aviaries building object nThe existing curved walkway will be preserved in the floor plan footprint As part of the modifications parts that were historically completed in the 1970s and are now unsatisfactory will be demolished The existing roof which is in a deplorable state will also be removed There will be an increase in the supporting columns and then the construction of a new roof with overhangs towards the mini ZOO enclosure the former auditorium of the natural theater as well as an area for visitors to stay The demarcation of the area will be determined by building a new retaining wall copying the edge of the curved roof shell The retaining wall will be equipped with a safety railing The roof will be designed in such a way that the roof covering will form a so-called green roof with extensive greenery The building will be connected to electricity and water supply 6 aviaries for birds will be located here n nSO 03 Mini ZOO facility construction facility nThe facility will be located in the place of the existing facility in the lower part It will be newly expanded and it is designed as a wooden building with a concrete sub-floor It should be used to store feed and necessary things for the report of game enclosures It will also include a walled space for storing equipment the location of a pumping tank for water supply and an electrical connection point The paddocks will be fenced separately and a new paved area is proposed n nSO 04 Playground area building object n does not deal with the construction project not the subject of this public contract n nSO 05 Restoration of the access staircase construction object nThe construction will involve the repair and restoration of the existing access staircase to the former area of the nature theater The repair and restoration will consist of cleaning and straightening the existing concrete steps incl lining walls n nIO 06 Sewer connection DN 250 and area sewage system DN 160 engineering object nIO 07 Area storm sewer engineering object nIO 08 Water supply connection and area water supply lines engineering object nIO 09 New location of electrical pillar relocation connection to existing electrical route engineering object n does not deal with the construction project nIO 10 Area electrical routes engineering object nAreal electrical routes refer to route changes or new routes of engineering networks sewage water supply electricity This is both in the buildings themselves and also as new supply routes within the area from existing connection points This refers to the electrical installation of sanitary distribution systems sewage water supply The disposal of rainwater is planned by channeling it into a newly created water area with an overflow into a drain in open terrain Object IO 09 New location of the electrical pillar relocation connection to the existing electrical route engineering object not addressed as part of the construction project nIO 11 Fencing of the area incl gates engineering object nIO 12 Final landscaping of paved and unpaved areas greening furniture engineering object nFinal landscaping concerns fencing and final landscaping and vegetation nFor details see ZD 45000000-7 Construction work Kr lov hradeck kraj 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work - 13138016
