The subject of the public contract hereinafter also VZ is construction work consisting in the drainage of the pedestrian terrace above the 1st PP building of the Financial Office for the st Region Territorial workplace in st nad Labem with registered office Dlouh 3359 13A 400 01 st nad Labem in the following scope n toremoval of existing layers up to the supporting structure n slope correction of drained areas n texecution of a new terrace composition including insulation n treconstruction of an outdoor staircase n the other minor construction works supplies and services nWalking terrace above the 1st floor nThe existing concrete tiles will be moved from the terrace and stored The existing terrace layers above the 1st PP will be removed down to the supporting structure Subsequently an inspection of the reinforced concrete supporting structure and its rehabilitation will take place A new concrete screed will be made in the direction away from the building and thermal insulation will be laid Rainwater from the terrace will be diverted to the existing sewer via rainwater drains The existing concrete pavement will be laid back on top of the waterproofing layer on plastic targets Part of these construction modifications is also a comprehensive reconstruction of the connected outdoor staircase More detailed information is provided in the annexes to the Call n nThe contracting authority informs that as of the date of the start of the procurement procedure no final decision has been issued on the permission to change the plan before its completion hereinafter referred to as the construction permit in the sense of 224 of Act No 283 2021 Coll Construction Act as amended hereinafter referred to as the Construction Act The application for a building permit was submitted to the relevant building authority and the building procedure is ongoing The detailed conditions relating to the building permit are set out in the draft Contract for the work hereinafter referred to as the contract or draft contract which is Annex No 1 of the Call nThe contracting authority states that the construction preparation is at an advanced stage nThe project documentation for the implementation of the construction which is Annex No 3 of the Call is the documentation submitted for the building permit and is considered final for the purposes of processing the bid Any changes resulting from the construction procedure will be dealt with in accordance with the Construction Act nThe subject of the public procurement is fully defined by the Project documentation for the execution of the construction which is Appendix No 3 of the Call and the Inventory of construction works supplies and services including the statement of measurements which is Appendix No 4 of the Call terrace drainage SO 02 In the following period it is expected to carry out procurement procedures in the framework of which the building will be reinforced and the roof will be drained nThe contracting authority expressly points out that in the documents entitled A Accompanying sheet B Summary technical report SO 01 SO 02 which form part of the Project documentation for the execution of the construction hereinafter also PDPS i e Annex No 3 of the Call further stages are also described i e strengthening of the building and drainage of the roof For the avoidance of any doubt the contracting authority states that the strengthening of the building and drainage of the roof is included in the document in question only for the sake of completeness and is NOT part of the subject of this contract The place of execution of the General Meeting is the building of the Financial Office for the st Region Territorial Office in st nad Labem with registered office Dlouh 3359 13A 400 01 st nad Labem - 13092439
