The subject of the Public Contract is project and engineering activities and the provision of related nservices The subject of the work is the surveying of the object the execution of the necessary construction-technical nsurveys the preparation of the project documentation for planning permission hereinafter referred to as DPZ and nProject documentation for the implementation of the construction hereinafter referred to as PDPS to the extent necessary nfor the subsequent selection of the contractor or contractors for the project nThe subject of the project is the project preparation of construction modifications for listed buildings nof the eastern area of the casemate in Korunn ch hradb ch at the address 5 kv tna 281 551 02 Jarom nAll works will be carried out in accordance with the proposals and recommendations of the National nMonument Institute - Territorial Specialist Workplace Josefov NP UOP Josefov nConstruction modifications will take place in three stages the estimated value for the construction part nimplementation is approximately CZK 45 million without VAT The project documentation must respect the above ntapestry nThe first stage concerns the original fortification gate to the park No 635 in c Josefov near Jarom where nse will deal with the reconstruction of the roof lying under the earth embankment incl the back of the building to the plot of land parc No 631 43 which is in unsatisfactory condition The specifics of the addressed object are nlisted in the Background Documentation The roof reconstruction project will respect the nhistorical value of the building and according to the static assessment a suitable solution for the green nroof the surface of the embankment and insulation layers will be proposed without the use of exclusively clay sealing which is unsatisfactory in its nexisting condition The NP representatives will be consulted about replacing it with a modern ngreen roof with modern insulation The back side of the building to the parcel of land No 631 43 nwill be statically secured by means of ribs nThe second stage focuses on the repair of the green roof of the casemates which is located on the plot nparc No 639 and is part of the parc building No 638 Similarly as in the first stage the roof and insulation of the building will be repaired Part of this stage is also the repair of the passage to ul nRumunsk which is part of the construction of the park No 639 by the river Elbe all in the district of Josefov near Jarom nThe third stage will deal with the drainage of the entire area and discharge by pressure sewerage within the ncollector on the bridge over the river Elbe pre-arranged with the KHK Road Administration to the sewer nshaft that leads to U Ml na Street nBuildings on the park No 635 and parc No 638 are leased by the city to private entities for the npurpose of their business activities and are currently in operation nThe project documentation will be consulted with the Customer during processing and submitted for approval before ndelivery All work will be carried out to the extent ncorresponding to the intended purpose and use while observing the quality conditions nquality in the sense of the relevant SN and implementing regulations nThe client emphasizes the necessity of consulting the project preparation with nrepresentatives of the National Monuments Institute while the client will provide the client with cooperation in this regard nand will actively participate in the negotiations The results of these negotiations will be determining the final form of the technical solution proposed by the supplier 71240000-2 Architectural technical and planning services Kr lov hradeck kraj 71240000-2 Architectural technical and xa0planning services Architectural technical and xa0planning services
