The subject of the public contract is the advertising of the museums of the Military Historical Institute in Prague based on the graphic material sent by the customer as follows n- tv in-flight magazine Smart Wings Group SA My Wings CZECH REPUBLIC n- tv in-flight magazine Smart Wings Group SA My Wings POLAND n- tv in-flight magazine Smart Wings Group SA My Wings SLOVAKIA n- tv in-flight magazine Leo Express for the Czech Republic Poland and Slovakia n n hereinafter referred to as the service according to the Specification of the required service listed in Annex No 1 of the draft Service Provision Agreement which is attached to this call n nTo this offer submitted within the scope of the VZMR the attachments Draft Contract for the provision of services including the attachment Binding price offer must be attached and filled out nInvoice The supplier has the right to invoice even parts of the service at the time of completion and will electronically send the customer a tax document hereinafter referred to as invoice with a delivery note within 10 days Before the expiry of the due date the customer is entitled to return the invoice - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and in the returned invoice - the tax document without payment The provider is obliged to correct or prepare a new invoice - tax document By returning the invoice - tax document the original due date ceases to run and starts again from the beginning from the day it is re-delivered to the Employer Other requirements for qualification n n tExtract from the commercial register or R SKD SCD nThe customer will only evaluate the offer of suppliers that meet the requirements listed in the file Specification of the required service and the qualification requirements listed in Article 3 1 of this tender documentation n nThe contracting authority chose the lowest bid price as the evaluation criterion n nThe offer price including VAT is the final and decisive price for the evaluation of offers and the supplier is bound by it for the entire period of performance In the case of a bid price submitted by a non-VAT payer his bid price without VAT is the final price i e it is not adjusted not added nThe draft contract for the provision of services is part of the tender documentation This proposal must be completed by the supplier the supplier will add the dates of delivery of the advertising client s proposals to the draft contract in Article 5 3 Sign the contract for the provision of the service by an authorized person and return it as an attachment Fill in the unit prices in Annex No 2 of the draft purchase contract Binding price offer In these prices include all costs associated with the performance of the service By signing up for the tender the tenderer agrees to the terms and conditions in the draft contract for the provision of services and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense in the version valid on the date of publication of the call for tenders nThe draft contract for the provision of the service is part of the tender documentation The participant fills in signs and returns this draft contract for the provision of services as an attachment to their offer In the event that the draft contract for the provision of the service will be signed by a person other than the participant s statutory body a written authorization for this action signed by the participant s statutory body must be part of the offer Part of the tender documentation is Annex No 2 of the draft contract for the provision of the service Binding price offer All items must be valued at a non-zero item This attachment is mandatory Bids that do not contain the required annexes will automatically be excluded from the tender process n nWhen awarding part or all of a public contract to a subcontractor the supplier is obliged to provide as an attachment the identification data of this subcontractor including his required relevant authorizations and a written commitment between the participant for the public contract and the subcontractor in the required scope of the public contract or a sworn statement by the participant that in the event of a winning bid he will enter into a written commitment with the subcontractor e g a contract and sends a copy of it to the client before concluding a service provision contract between the client and the participant If the above-mentioned documents are not submitted the participant s offer will be excluded from the evaluation nThe customer reserves the right to determine the winner in accordance with the tender conditions and after evaluating the risks associated with the performance of the contractual relationship Also 79342200-5 Promotional services Capital Prague 79342200-5 Promotional services Advertising and xa0marketing services
