The subject of the public contract is the construction of a new water supply system to supply the village with drinking water and a new reservoir a water treatment plant including technological and electrotechnical equipment nAll construction work deliveries and related activities are technically defined by the project documentation prepared by the company Ing Michal Manda AQUAPROJEKT Na Sadech 9 370 01 esk Bud jovice which forms part of the tender conditions nThe client warns the participants that the project documentation which is part of the tender conditions serves as a binding basis for defining the subject of performance and sets the minimum technical qualitative and functional standard of the required work nAt the same time the client warns that the list of works available to the client is not completed in detail list of works for construction For this reason part of the scope of the performance of the public contract is also the finalization of the list of works including the itemized budget to the extent necessary for the proper implementation of the work nThe selected contractor is obliged when finalizing the list of works and the itemized budget to be based in particular on the project documentation technical requirements of the contracting authority issued opinions and permits valid legal regulations relevant technical standards and the requirements for a complete functional and properly completed work nThe completion of the list of works must not lead to a reduction technical qualitative or functional standard of the work to change the purpose of the building or to change the nature of the proposed and permitted solution Possible partial technical deviations that arise during the finalization of the list of works or during the preparation of the implementation of the work are permissible only on the condition that they are discussed in advance with the client and will not affect the required scope quality and functionality of the work nPart of the scope of the performance of the public contract is therefore the completion of the list of works including the itemized budget then the execution of all construction work deliveries and installations provision of technological and electrotechnical equipment connections tests revisions putting the work into operation processing the documentation of the actual execution of the work handing over all the documents necessary for the proper use of the work and carrying out the final finishing of the surfaces Part of the work also includes ensuring the functionality of all technological units required for the use of the building nThe subject of performance will be implemented in accordance with the applicable legal regulations of the Czech Republic relevant SN generally binding and recommended regulations and methodologies relating to the subject of the public contract nIf a specific product material technology or trade name is specified in the procurement documentation project documentation or other document it is considered that this defines the minimum required standard The participant is entitled to offer another equivalent solution if it meets at least the same technical qualitative and functional parameters nThe contracting authority warns the participants that the tender conditions are a summary of the contracting party s requirements but not a summary of all requirements resulting from generally binding legal regulations technical standards issued permits opinions and other requirements related to the subject of the public contract and its implementation Participants are obliged to take these requirements into account when processing the offer and the subsequent implementation of the work n 45231300-8 Construction work for water supply and sewerage pipelines South Bohemian Region 45231300-8 Construction work for water supply and xa0sewerage pipelines Construction work for water supply and xa0sewerage pipelines - 12975394
