The subject of the public contract is the construction of a pressurized sewage system incl connections STL of the gas pipeline including connections and restoration of the surfaces affected by the construction in the Zlat kopec locality in the existing development in the village of Str nad Nisou n t5 1 2 tWithin DPS the building is divided into the following construction objects n tSO 100 communication n tSO 301 sewage system n tSO 500 STL gas pipeline n nThe construction will be implemented gradually within 3 working sections n- tWorking section 1 - Street St brn kopec and Pod Str n - includes branch M and part branches F and J The M branch and part of the F branch includes the STL pipeline of the gas pipeline and sewage eventually the communication will be made n- tWork section 2 - Zlat kopec street - includes branches A1 F and H In the given section the pipelines of the STL gas pipeline and sewage sewers will be implemented and finally communication will be carried out n- tWorking section 3 - St brn kopec and Mezi kopci streets - also deals with the implementation of the above-mentioned networks but in the L K and B1 branches Even the 3rd section will be completed by a road with an asphalt surface n nThe work sections will be implemented in accordance with the principles of construction organization ZOV and traffic engineering measures DIO which are part of PD1 Each work section will be completed and taken over based on a handover protocol between the builder contractor and future operator Approval of each stage will be ensured by the contracting authority on the basis of documents submitted by the selected supplier n nThe subject of the contract is specified in detail in the list of works and project documentation which form Annexes No 3 and 4a 4b and 4c of the ZP n nThe result of the procurement procedure will be the conclusion of a work contract with one supplier This is not a public contract divided into parts within the meaning of 35 ZZVZ the contract is awarded as a whole and the contracting authority does not allow the submission of bids for partial performance 45231300-8 Construction work for water supply and sewerage pipelines Libereck Region 45231300-8 Construction work for water supply and sewerage pipelines Construction work for water and sewage pipes - 13123860
