The subject of the public contract is the construction of a public passenger transport terminal in Jablonec nad Nisou hereinafter referred to as TVOD The aim of the project is to significantly improve the conditions for the use of public transport at the expense of individual car transport TVOD will become an important transport hub in the center of Jablonec nad Nisou which will enable passengers to transfer between city regional supra-regional and international bus transport intercity tram and train transport and thus support the availability of work services and education for the residents of Jablonec nad Nisou and the surrounding municipalities areas n nThe subject of this VZ does not include the interior equipment free furniture apart from the architecturally designed concrete benches that are part of this VZ n nThe subject of the construction is specified in detail in the project documentation and lists of works which the contracting authority provides as Annexes No 5 and 6a 6b and 6c of the ZP n nThe subject of the public contract also includes the provision of out-of-warranty service for the delivered elevator and the delivered lifting platform as well as out-of-warranty service for the installed PV plant and further development care of planted greenery all within the scope and under the conditions set out in the proposals contracts which form annexes no 3b to 3e of these ZP The price for the out-of-warranty service of the above-mentioned parts of the work and the price for the development care of the planted greenery is included in the total price of the VZ in the Title Sheet of the offer while the service contracts will be concluded simultaneously with the conclusion of the contract for the work for this public contract n nThe VOD Terminal project in Jablonec nad Nisou has an allocated EU subsidy in the ITI Liberec - Jablonec nad Nisou and will be implemented in accordance with the conditions of the 74th IROP - Multimodal Personal Call transport SC 6 1 ITI especially if it concerns Specific rules for applicants and beneficiaries or the so-called consolidated Specific rules current documents at nhttps irop gov cz cs vyzvy-2021-2027 vyzvy 74vyzvairop n 45213311-6 Construction of bus stations Libereck kraj 45213311-6 Construction of bus stations railway station Construction of bus stations
