The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 1 electric truck of category N1 intended for the transport of the contractor s employees on normal roads and the contractor s cargo in compliance with the conditions of subsidy call No 11 2025 and in reasonable compliance with the instructions for awarding contracts for programs co-financed from the budget of the SF P CR especially point 3 3 complying with the following minimum required parameters n- t eligibility for operation on roads in accordance with the valid legislation of the Czech Republic in particular Act No 56 2001 Coll on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on roads and on the amendment of Act No 168 1999 Coll on liability insurance for damage caused by vehicle operation and on the amendment of some related laws Vehicle Liability Insurance Act as amended by Act No 307 1999 Coll as amended n- tthe vehicle must have a valid Declaration of Conformity proving approval of the vehicle type including alternative drive n- tmust be a so-called new vehicle A new vehicle is a newly manufactured vehicle that has not yet been registered in the Czech Republic or in another country with the exception of test or demonstration purposes in these cases the registration period must not exceed 6 months and at the same time it must not have driven more than 6 000 km Procedure n- tsocket for recharging the car AC and DC including a socket for fast charging n- tminimum battery capacity 44 kWh n- tminimum 90 kW engine n- tload capacity of at least 3000 liters n- tpart of the delivery will be the complete mandatory equipment prescribed for vehicle operation on land n- tservice book including an overview mandatory recommended service inspections n- tmanual for using the vehicle in the Czech language n- tpart of the delivery will be the delivery of the vehicle to the place of fulfillment training of an authorized employee of the contracting authority in the operation of the vehicle and instructions on the maintenance of the vehicle n- tspart of the delivery is also the obligation of the supplier and its subcontractors to grant consent to the representatives of the State Environmental Fund of the Czech Republic to obtain and use the photographic material taken and from the moment of taking over the vehicle until the end of the sustainability of the project and to provide them to third parties without the right to remuneration n- the vehicle must not contain lead mercury hexavalent chromium and cadmium with the exceptions listed in Annex II of Directive No 2000 53 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 September 2000 on end-of-life vehicles n 34110000-1 Passenger vehicles Central Bohemia Region 34110000-1 Passenger vehicles Combi
