The subject of the public contract is the development of project documentation at the DSP and DPS levels for the reconstruction and modernization of the indoor swimming pool in Neratovice n nThe project documentation will address mainly n a tcomplete reconstruction of the building s roof sheathing n b tdesign of the new ventilation system VZT including its expansion for the planned sauna world n c tconstruction modifications related to the change of internal spatial layout object n d tsauna operation design and project including technology energy requirements operational solution technology solutions related to the operation of the sauna world e g heating air conditioning electrical installation measurement and regulation n e insulation of the building including replacement of windows including the removal of any other significant thermal bridges n f tproposal of other construction modifications related to the new operation of the building kitchen entrance system etc n g examination of all related professions statics building environment technology electrical fire safety of buildings energy etc n h tproject documentation of interiors including equipment nProject documentation must be processed in such a way as to allow the phasing of the reconstruction implementation if the technical solution will allow Possible phasing of the project will be described in the Construction Organization Plan which will be an integral part of the developed project documentation The phasing will be designed so as not to limit the operation of the swimming pool especially swimming damage The complete shutdown of the swimming pool is possible for a maximum of 4 months in the period 06 - 09 of the given year n nPart of the subject of the public contract is in particular na tProject documentation which will include the following parts na tUpdate and specification of the study including the necessary surveys nb tDocumentation for building permits nc tDocumentation for construction nb tproviding Engineering services for for the purpose of obtaining a permit for the location of the building and a building permit n 71322000-1 Technical projects for the implementation of civil engineering works Central Bohemia Region 71322000-1 Technical projects for the implementation of civil engineering works Technical projects for the implementation of civil engineering works Place of performance is the Neratovice Swimming Pool Ml de nick 435 277 11 Neratovice see details annexes to the procurement documentation - 12541541
