The subject of the public contract is the digitization of documents - military service books and manuals It is required to produce data PSP packages according to the standard of the National Digital Library hereafter NDK The contractor does not acquire any rights to the scanned documents and the created data Their list is given in Annex No 2 to the Work Contract List of documents with instructions for their processing nPhysical documents that will need to be digitized are printed either in humanistic script Latin or Neo-Gothic script fracture or there are handwritten notes see attachment no 2 to the Work Contract These are often documents affected by the degradation of the paper which is yellowish to brownish often with poor quality printing In some cases the volumes contain bound or loosely inserted fold-out appendices Descriptive metadata is to be created based on the supplied bibliographic data in MARC XML nDifferences in the optical properties of the document contrast paper color font saturation may occur in one volume nThe estimated volume of the contract is 87 043 pages of documents n nFurthermore we require a copy of the contract for the insurance of the participant of the procurement procedure against damages in the amount of at least 10 million in connection with his business activity covering any damage to the client s property caused by the theft or damage of digitized periodicals and monographs or an affidavit that in the event of winning the contract he will present a copy of the insurance contract before signing the original contract about the work n nInvoice the tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery Before the expiry of the due date the customer is entitled to return the invoice - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and in the returned invoice - the tax document without payment The contractor is obliged to correct or prepare a new invoice - tax document By returning the invoice - tax document the original due date ceases to run and starts again from the beginning from the day it is re-delivered to the customer n nThe customer does not provide advance payments The completeness of the service performed will be checked at the place of performance when the service is taken over The offered price is the final price and includes all costs of the contractor including transport to the place of performance according to Article V paragraph 5 3 of the draft contract and is unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship theft or damage to digitized manuscripts n- twritten references - 2x successfully completed service of processing documents into data corresponding to the standards of the National Digital Library NDK in the range of at least 50 000 pages The service was processed in orders started in 2022 or in the following years It is also necessary to indicate the customer of the service and their contact n nThe contracting authority will only evaluate the offer of suppliers that meet the qualification requirements listed in the Binding price offer file n nThe contracting authority chose the lowest tender price as the evaluation criterion n nThe tender price including VAT is the final and decisive price for the evaluation of tenders and the supplier is bound by it for the entire period of performance In the event of a bid price submitted by a non-VAT payer his bid price without VAT is the final price i e it is not adjusted not added n nThe draft contract is part of the tender documentation This proposal must be completed by the supplier signed by an authorized person and returned as an attachment n nThe participant in the procurement procedure must in terms of the subject of the contract have suitable technical equipment for the digitization and conversion of documents n nBy signing up for the tender the tenderer agrees to the terms and conditions in the draft contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense in the version valid on the date of publication of the call for tenders nThe draft contract is part of the procurement documentation This proposal must be completed signed and returned by the participant as an attachment In the event that the draft contract will be signed by a person other than the participant s statutory body it must be part of the offer in writing 72310000-1 Data processing Hlavn m sto Praha 72310000-1 Data processing Data processing The place of performance of the work is the contractor s premises specified in the contractor s offer nThe place of acceptance and delivery of the work is the Military Historical Institute Prague Department of Military Libraries Rooseveltova 620 23 Prague 6 - Bubene n - 12975337
