total surface area of the aircraft approx 500 m2 n tIlyushin Il-28 RTR 6926 BA-11 DE-51 - total surface area of the aircraft approx 380 m2 n nA tour of the loading area is possibly from April 28 2026 during the period for submitting bids between 09 00 and 15 00 n nInvoice the tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery Before the expiry of the due date the contracting authority is entitled to return without payment an invoice - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and must mark them on the returned invoice - tax document The supplier is obliged to correct or prepare a new invoice - tax document By returning the invoice - tax document the original due date ceases to run and starts again from the beginning from the day it is re-delivered to the client n nThe client does not provide advance payments The inspection of the work will be carried out at the place of performance upon acceptance of the work The offered price is the final price and includes all costs of the supplier including transport to the place of performance according to Article V paragraph 5 2 of the draft contract for the work and is unchanged for the entire duration of the contractual relationship n nThe draft contract is part of the procurement documentation This proposal must be completed by the supplier signed by an authorized person and returned as an attachment n nBy signing up for the tender the tenderer agrees to the terms and conditions in the draft contract and the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense of the version valid on the date of publication of the invitation to tender nThe draft contract is part of the procurement documentation This proposal must be completed signed and returned by the participant as an attachment In the event that the draft contract will be signed by a person other than the participant s statutory body a written authorization for this action signed by the participant s statutory body must be part of the offer nThe Binding price offer -
