The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for planning permission and the implementation of construction with a statement of dimensions documentation for selecting a supplier according to the Public Procurement Act for the event Construction of a recycling center and transfer station including the provision of complete engineering activities i e provision of all necessary statements opinions and documents for the issuance of planning permission incl copyright supervision The basis for the processing of the documentation is the study of waste management for the city of Ji n see appendix no 2 The project documentation for the building permit will be divided into n1 Recycling center n2 Transfer station and processing of SKO n nTransshipment site and processing of SKO nThe resolved area with a total usable area of approx 6 900 m is considered primarily for the location of a municipal waste transfer station The transshipment site will be used for the concentration transfer and compaction of mixed municipal waste MSW and bulky waste from the city of Ji n and adjacent municipalities in an estimated annual amount of approx and economic evaluation Possible waste treatment technology can be designed with an indicative capacity of up to 9 200 t year At the same time the proposal will take into account the possibility of placing an area for possible waste processing technology in particular for crushing and sieving mixed and bulky municipal waste and subsequent pressing of this waste nRecycling center nThe total usable area of the site is approximately 15 000 m and is intended for the storage and handling of construction and demolition waste and recyclates in a total expected amount of approximately 22 000 t nThe processing of construction rubble is considered mainly on a paved area which will be adjusted in height and surface in such a way as to allow safe driving of trucks temporary storage crushing sorting and handling of this material The entire area will be fenced nConstruction and demolition waste will be brought into the area by trucks and stored loosely in separate piles according to the individual types The mobile recycling line will be located on a paved surface depending on operational needs the possibility of relocating it within the area is being considered nThe output recyclate from the recycling line will be stored in separate piles bounded boxes according to the species composition similar to the input material Waste sorted during the recycling process e g metals paper wood cables plastics glass will be collected in containers and then transported to facilities intended for further processing or disposal n 71242000-6 Preparation of proposals and projects cost estimation Kr lov hradeck kraj 71242000-6 Preparation of proposals and xa0projects cost estimation Preparation of proposals and xa0projects cost estimation
