The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation and the subsequent implementation of the work in the form of a higher complete delivery of a set of machines and equipment and the execution of all necessary and required modifications to the affected devices structures and systems including testing and commissioning nThe contract is composed of two JMA named actions n t8750 - SK E-ED - replacement of instrumentation n t8553 - Electrical reconstruction RNVS protection nAs part of the implementation of JMA 8750 the SK E-ED system will be replaced by a new system in the active phase of the life cycle and with guaranteed access to spare parts for 1 1 replacements not equivalents in order to ensure the operability of SK E-ED during the LTO EDU Operative part of ED incl workplaces of the OED will be reconstructed in accordance with the currently valid standards for control rooms valid NTD and hygiene regulations with the aim of improving the working environment of the OED nAs part of the implementation of JMA 8553 there will be protections incl auxiliary instrumentation replaced with new ones in the active phase of the life cycle and with available ND with the aim of ensuring the reliability and operability of the protection system for the lifetime of the EDU Furthermore PTP will be installed in the RNVS transformer node and OF ANSI 51N Io earth fault will be activated and configured in some of the new protections in order to ensure the possibility of more accurate monitoring of the potential occurrence of the OPC phenomenon on RNVS transformers The implemented JMA 8553 will also ensure that all available status and diagnostic information and measured values from the new protections will be transmitted via online communication to the MSE with the aim of ensuring more accurate monitoring and diagnosis of the new protections nThe exact definition of the Subject of the public contract and other requirements for its implementation including information conditions specifications and other data are specified in detail in parts 3 and 4 of the Tender Documents n 31200000-8 Electrical distribution and control equipment Vyso ina Region 31200000-8 Electrical distribution and control equipment Electrical distribution and control equipment Dukovany nuclear power plant
