The subject of the public contract is the processing of the work - architectural studies with feasibility checks and the execution of preparatory work and analyzes for the project Complex energy savings on the buildings B ezov 106 and 107 hereinafter also the study nThe subject of the contract is the examination and design of a complex construction-technical layout and operational solution for the civic amenities object formed by building no 106 per park no st 127 1 and the adjoining part of the building no 107 per park no st 127 2 in the cadastral territory of B ezov owned or the future ownership of the township of B ezov nThe study will address the possibilities of reconstruction and functional connection of both parts of the building with the aim of their modernization energy evaluation and optimization of use for the needs of the township and the public Part of the study will be a proposal for a new use of the building with an emphasis on the primary function of the seat of the township office and its archive as well as the location of the community center local library and other public services It is assumed that the building will partly be used for rent e g a general practitioner s surgery beauty and hairdressing establishments while offices for entrepreneurs are also a possible option possibly with a limited number of start-up apartments or apartments for self-sufficient seniors nThe study will assess the construction and technical interventions necessary to achieve energy-saving operation of the building in particular the insulation of the perimeter shell the replacement of opening fillings the reconstruction of the roof including its insulation modernization of utility networks and the possibility of using renewable energy sources photovoltaic power plant and alternative water management systems e g use of gray water Part of the design will also be the provision of barrier-free access to the building including the design of the elevator nThe output of the study will be proposals for optimal solution variants from a functional operational energy and economic point of view which will serve as a basis for the next stages of project documentation The study will contain suggested options for phasing the construction and dividing the objects with regard to the economic possibilities of the client or on the possibility of subsidized co-financing 71241000-9 Feasibility study consultancy analysis Moravian-Silesian Region 71241000-9 Feasibility study consultancy analysis Feasibility study consultancy analysis
