The subject of the public contract is the provision of complex auctioneer services consisting in the preparation organization and execution of public auctions of land owned by the city in accordance with Act No 250 2023 Coll on public auctions and related legal regulations for a period of 2 years from the effective date of the framework agreement nThe services will be provided repeatedly according to the client s current needs based on the client s individual instructions without a guarantee of a minimum volume of auctions carried out n nThe scope of the performance includes in particular n ttaking over documents from the client and their expert control from the point of view of the realization of the public auction n ensuring effective publicity of the public voluntary auction always at least advertising on www sreality cz for a period of at least 30 days for the auction n drafting and discussion of the draft auction decree including all legal requirements based on the instructions of the contracting authority n ensuring the publication of the auction decree and other mandatory information in accordance with the law n torganizational and technical provision of electronic public auctions n tadministration of registration of auction participants filing and settlement of auction securities and ensuring obligations in particular arising from Act no 253 2008 Coll on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds from criminal activity and the financing of terrorism n town execution of the public auction including the awarding of the hammer n the preparation of the protocol on the course of the auction and the related documentation n tthe cooperation between the contracting party and the auctioneer n tthe financial settlement of the auction including the control of the payment of the price achieved by the auction n tarchivation of the auction documentation and handing it over to the contracting authority n nAnticipated scope of performance n tauction of land intended for the construction of residential and family houses in the location Kas rna Ji n Sale of land in the locality Kas rna Ji n and n tauctioning of other individual immovable properties owned by the city the contracting authority especially land that will be intended for sale by the contracting authority during the duration of the contract within the expected range of units of cases e g plots of land in the Ji n industrial zone or separate plots of land outside the integrated locations nIndividual plots of land can be auctioned separately or in integrated sets nA separate contract will be concluded between the contracting authority and the selected supplier call which will include the city s documents individual provisions of purchase contracts in the sense of 13 1 k of the Act on Public Auctions for their inclusion in the auction decree the auctioneer will submit to the city a draft contract for conducting a voluntary auction stating the subject of the auction and a draft auction decree for approval by the city nThe contracting authority reserves the right to decide on the specific scope number and timing of individual auctions throughout the period contract duration n 79000000-4 Business services legal marketing consulting services staff recruitment printing and security services Kr lov hradeck kraj 79000000-4 Business services legal marketing consulting services staff recruitment printing and xa0security services Business services legal marketing consulting services recruitment printing and xa0security services
