The subject of the public contract is the provision of repairs maintenance and emergency exits for the administrative buildings of the headquarters of the Regional Office Ostrava Lihovarsk 1335 9 716 10 Ostrava Radvanice as well as residential and non-residential premises in the territory managed by the contractor s unions Repairs and maintenance will include breakdowns technical equipment heating UT cold water SV hot service water TUV sewerage KN outdoor sewerage electrical installation EL gas PN roof ST glasshouse SK chimneys and locksmith work ZA Emergency trips will consist of the immediate implementation of an intervention in the event of emergency conditions breakdowns defects of the technical equipment and roofs namely interventions aimed at effectively averting the risk of increased damage to the customer s property and in the subsequent complete removal of the emergency failure defects of the technical equipment of heating DHW cold water DHW hot domestic water DHW sewerage KN outdoor sewage electrical installation EL gas PN roofs ST glazier SK chimneys and locksmith work ZA including emergency opening of buildings VZMR is divided into seven separate parts Part A to Part G according to the territorial scope of the office s workplaces Within each part of the contract the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with the selected bidders which will regulate the conditions relating to the individual sub-contracts awarded during its validity The draft framework agreement is Annex No 3 of this call The framework agreement will be concluded with all suppliers who meet the requirements of the VZMR required by the contracting authority and are placed in the first to fifth place in the resulting evaluation while the minimum number of nselected suppliers is two for each part of the VZMR Individual sub-performances will subsequently be entered according to the needs of the contracting authority on the basis of written orders sent to suppliers in order from the lowest offered unit price for the subject of performance to the highest price 50700000-2 Repairs and maintenance of building equipment Moravian-Silesian Region 50700000-2 Repairs and xa0maintenance of technical construction equipment Repairs and xa0maintenance of technical construction equipment
