The subject of the public contract is the regular and ongoing cleaning of areas and rooms interior and exterior spaces of the Moravian Regional Museum and other objects which are specified in more detail in the appendices of this tender documentation namely in appendices No 4 to 10 of the tender documentation hereinafter also referred to as flat-rate services or regular cleaning nThe frequency of cleaning within the framework of flat-rate services according to individual categories of premises is specified in Appendix No 6 ZD Standard of cleaning services The frequency of cleaning as part of flat-rate services for premises according to category I which is not specified in the Cleaning Services Standard is determined in Appendix No 7 Category of premises exhibition and exposition premises The specifications of the requirements for the time and types of cleaning are further contained in Appendix No 8 ZD List and opening hours of MZM objects and in Appendix No 9 ZD Types of cleaning The specification of the scope of outdoor cleaning is contained in Appendix No 10 ZD nThe subject of this public contract is also the performance of extraordinary cleaning beyond the scope of flat-rate services based on partial orders from the contracting authority hereinafter also referred to as extraordinary cleaning nThe client points out that access to depositories is only possible when accompanied by a competent person from the client nThe supplier will use its own cleaning products i e all necessary cleaning aids and cleaning products to implement the entire subject of the order and these must be included in the bid price to ensure cleaning within the framework of flat-rate services and also within the framework of extraordinary cleaning nAt the same time the supplier is obliged to replenish hygienic and other consumables continuously and as needed during the cleaning This is mainly material for hygiene equipment - toilet paper the contractor sets the minimum required specification of toilet paper as follows white min 2-ply roll 280 mm - no recycled material clogs the waste paper towels liquid soaps air fresheners hygiene bags etc The mentioned consumables will be supplied by the supplier and must be included in the total bid price nCleaning work will be carried out in accordance with Appendix No 9 of the tender documentation n 90910000-9 Cleaning and cleaning services Czech Republic 90910000-9 Cleaning services Cleaning services
