The subject of the public contract is the selection of a participant in the tendering procedure for the conclusion of a work contract for the construction work Community Center Kryra to the extent according to the project documentation and the work contract n nThe original historical development of the village consists mainly of two-story houses with gable roofs with rectangular floor plans The predominant materials are facade plaster and burnt roofing The proposed building is located on the corner of Hlavn street and koln street Historically it was not a stand-alone building but was built on both sides of the gable The building changed its function several times during its existence In recent years the building was used as a police station now it has not been used for several years nThe proposed modification and extension of the existing building is in accordance with the character of the surrounding area The existing building has two above-ground floors and an attic space in the gable roof On the ground floor of the existing building there is a cafe with facilities as well as an exhibition space and a technical room The second floor is dedicated to the operation of the library on the east side with a partially elevated space for the roof structure and with an inserted gallery with workplaces On the west side in the attic is the universal space of the attic hall The newly added volume is divided into 2 parts The first is a connecting neck with a flat roof which connects the existing house and the new part with the operation of the sauna and there are also toilets located in it which can be used not only for the operation of the community center itself but also for organizing various cultural and social events in the adjacent area of the square The second part is a building with a gable roof which houses the operation of the municipal sauna with the necessary facilities nPart of the project is the design of the interior of the Community Center as part of the proposed reconstruction of the existing building no 85 on Hlavn street in the town of Kryry It is a preserved original building which despite some inappropriate construction modifications from different periods demonstrates the original urban structure of the village with its position and material solution n 45000000-7 Construction work steck kraj 45000000-7 Construction work Construction work
